We work out the capacity from the room, its orientation and insulation, plan the route for the refrigerant line, and leave the unit tested and running.
In Barcelona, older flats make installation trickier: façades with restrictions, narrow light wells and owners’ associations with rules on outdoor units. Before installing in Gràcia, Sants or Badalona, we work out where the outdoor unit can go, how the refrigerant line will run and how the condensate will drain. We install new units or one you already own, and service existing ones.

A neat installation
Straight trunking runs, sealed holes through walls and proper condensate drainage. We protect furniture and floors while we work.
Tested at start-up
We evacuate the system and pressure-test it for leaks, check that everything runs properly and show you how to use the unit.
Servicing when it’s due
Filters, coils, drainage and general operation checked, including on units we didn’t install.

Before you ask for a quote
A standard 1x1 split installation is normally done in a day. A multi-split or a long pipe run can take longer.
It depends on the building, municipal by-laws and the owners’ association rules. In Barcelona, units visible on the façade are generally avoided, so we look for a light well, terrace or roof instead. We check this during the visit.
Yes. First we check the model and capacity to confirm it suits the room and comes with everything needed to install it.
Yes. We clean and check the unit and, if we find a fault, we explain it and give you a price for the repair before doing it.
We recommend a service once a year, ideally before the summer. If you use the unit every day, clean the filters more often.
