Demolition in Barcelona
Orderly interior demolition, from protection to rubble removal
Partition walls, floors, tiling, false ceilings or a complete strip-out of a flat. We protect whatever stays, keep the dust under control and leave the space ready for the next phase.

Every renovation starts by clearing out what has to go, and that’s the phase that most affects neighbours and communal areas. In buildings with narrow stairs and no lift, like many in Ciutat Vella or Gràcia, we plan how the rubble comes out, when the noisy work happens and where the rubble bags or skip will go. Before touching a wall, we check whether it’s load-bearing: if it is, you need a technician’s assessment and the relevant municipal permit, and we’ll tell you so on the first visit.
Price per square metre
We measure up and give you a price per m² by type of material, with rubble removal itemised separately.
Structure first
We identify load-bearing walls before we start. If one is affected, the work goes ahead with a technician, a project and a permit, never by guesswork.
A protected site
We protect floors, doors and communal areas, and use equipment that keeps dust down.
Rubble dealt with
Rubble bags or a skip depending on the volume, with the waste taken to an authorised waste handler.

Frequently asked questions
Before you ask for a quote
No. Partition walls, generally yes; a load-bearing wall, not without a technician’s assessment, a project and a municipal licence. During the visit we’ll tell you what kind of wall it is and what procedure it needs.
For interior work that doesn’t affect the structure, a prior notification to the Ajuntament (city council) is usually enough. Each case has to be confirmed with the Ajuntament; we’ll point you in the right direction before we start.
Not in the per-m² prices: rubble is quoted separately by volume, using bags or a skip, and appears as its own item in the quote.
It’s the noisiest phase of any job. We work within the permitted hours, protect communal areas and warn you about the heaviest days so you can let the owners’ association know.
Yes. If demolition is the first step of a renovation with us, it all goes into a single quote with the same site manager.
