Frequently asked questions
Before you ask for a quote
A complete bathroom with no change to the layout usually takes two to three weeks of work. The exact timeline for your job is set out in the quote.
It depends on the work. Interior renovations that don’t affect the structure or the façade are usually covered by a prior notification to the Ajuntament (city council); if the structure is involved, you need a technical project and a licence. We’ll tell you which procedure applies in your case, and it’s worth confirming it with the Ajuntament.
If we’re renovating a single room, usually yes: we seal off the area and the rest of the home stays usable. With a full renovation, you normally can’t live in the flat during demolition and the installation work.
Whichever you prefer. We can supply them or fit the ones you choose; the quote lists labour and materials separately so you can see exactly where the money goes.
If opening up reveals something that couldn’t be seen beforehand, such as a damaged soil stack, we pause that part of the job, show you, and send you a written price before carrying on.
